Corrections Policy

How to report a factual error or outdated source in a Clicks to Inquiries guide or tool.

Factual accuracy matters. If you find an error, a broken or outdated source, or a platform instruction that has changed, email contact@clickstoinquiries.com. Please include the page URL, the passage, and a source or explanation where possible.

What happens to a report

Material factual errors will be corrected. When official platform documentation changes, a source or explanation may be replaced or revised. Substantive corrections will update the relevant last-reviewed or last-updated date when appropriate. An editorial disagreement, such as a different judgment about which check to do first, is not automatically a factual error; useful criticism may still improve the explanation.

There is no promised response time. See the Research & Editorial Standards for the broader approach to evidence.
